Nearly a decade before hitting in 56 consecutive games for the New York Yankees, DiMaggio hit in 66 straight games with the 1933 San Francisco Seals of the Pacific Coast League.

Oldtime Game History

Anthony Del Prete of Suffolk University, who went on to play professionally for the independent North Shore Spirit, wore this uniform in 2002. Bill Burt, sports columnist for the Eagle Tribune and a former co-host on “The Big Show” on Sports Radio 850 WEEI, wore it in 2006. Bill wore the uniform again in 2016 when he teamed up with his son, Northeastern University shortstop Max Burt, to form the first father/son tandem in Oldtime Baseball Game history.
